I started the Orandy Fitness Challenge in October 2025. Before joining, my highest weight was 284 lbs. At that point, I felt like my life was out of control. I had no real direction when it came to nutrition or exercise, and I wasn’t prioritizing my health.
Joining Orandy has been life-changing, and not just physically. What started as a fitness journey quickly became a lifestyle change. I realized that taking care of myself required more than working out or losing weight, it required discipline, structure, better habits, and a completely different mindset.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that food is fuel, not an emotional crutch. Instead of turning to food for comfort, I’ve learned healthier ways to manage my emotions and stress. I’ve also become much more intentional about what I put into my body.
His educational videos are also a huge part of the experience. You’re guided step by step, and the videos are extremely informative. They help you understand not just what to eat, but why those choices matter and how they impact your health. I’ve learned so much from them already, and that knowledge has helped me make more informed and intentional choices.
Another major part of this journey has been learning how to create structure in my life. You have to plan your meals, make time to exercise, manage your schedule, and be intentional about how you spend your day. That discipline may start with fitness, but it naturally carries over into other areas of your life.
The support also makes a huge difference. You’re surrounded by a community of people who are going through the journey with you. People share their experiences, answer questions, encourage you, and remind you that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Is it easy? Absolutely not. It requires work, consistency, and a willingness to change. But that’s also what makes it so rewarding.
What I appreciate most is that Orandy isn’t just a fitness coach; he’s a lifestyle coach. His goal is to help you become a better version of yourself, not only physically, but in every area of your life. He genuinely wants to see you WIN, whether it’s with your health, mindset, habits, discipline, or personal goals.
His attention to detail is superb. He pays attention to the small things that can make a big difference, from your nutrition and exercise form to your daily habits and routines. That’s what makes the experience feel so well-rounded. You’re not simply working toward a number on the scale — you’re learning how to build a healthier, more disciplined, and sustainable lifestyle that you can carry with you for a lifetime.
If you’re looking for a quick fix, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re looking for something that can genuinely change the way you approach your health and your life for the long term, I would absolutely recommend Orandy’s program.
You have to be willing to start, stay consistent, and do the work — but worth it.
